Pickup, charged by location
If you can't bring it in, ask about an eligible pickup anywhere in the GTA. It is never free: the charge depends on your address and travel time and is confirmed before you book.
Remote support
Software faults, slow machines, email, accounts, and backups fixed online from $25. Nothing to unplug, no travel charge, and nobody in your house.

Computer Help for Seniors
We go at your pace, with no jargon and no rushing, by remote session or a booked workshop appointment. Typical sessions cover getting email working the way you like it, setting up video calls so you can see family, making text and icons bigger, setting up a new phone, tablet or computer and moving your photos across, and making sure printing, banking and online shopping work without surprises.
Scam safety is part of every session. We show you what fake pop-ups, phone calls and renewal emails look like, and if one has already got through, our scam and virus clean-up puts things right. Many families book regular remote sessions so there's always the same familiar person to call.
One-on-One Computer Lessons for Seniors and Adults
Lessons happen on your own computer, phone or tablet, at home, so everything you learn works exactly the way you'll use it afterwards. We start from what you want to be able to do: send photos to the grandchildren, join a video call, use online banking safely, find things on your computer, or get comfortable with a new device.
Each lesson is one person, one topic at a time, with no jargon. Booking for a parent or relative? Message us with what they'd like help with and we'll arrange a time with them directly.
Computer Recycling and Secure Data Wiping
Before an old computer, laptop or phone is recycled, donated or sold, the personal files, saved passwords and accounts on it need to be properly removed. Deleting files or emptying the Recycle Bin isn't enough. We copy anything you want to keep to your new device or to family members, sign the device out of every account, and securely wipe the drive.
Then we tell you where it can go in Toronto: donation if it still has life in it, or an electronics recycling drop-off if it doesn't. This is part of our estate and downsizing help too, when a family is dealing with a relative's devices.
You Deal With One Person
We fix the problem you called about and explain what we did. If replacing, upgrading or changing your setup makes more sense than a repair, we'll tell you.
Software and account problems can usually be fixed remotely. Hardware, printers and multi-device jobs are done at the workshop by drop-off or paid pickup. Home Wi-Fi problems are the one exception, with a home visit available.

What kind of home tech problems do you help with?
Slow or malfunctioning computers, Wi-Fi and internet issues, printer and scanner setup, phone and tablet troubleshooting, home office setup, and virus cleanup or backup setup.
Do you come to my house, or is support remote?
Remote support works well for most software and account problems. Hardware repairs happen at our North York workshop after you drop the device off by appointment, or after an eligible pickup, which is charged by location. We don't repair in front of customers or at your address.
Do you do in-home computer repair, or do I have to bring it in?
No, we don't repair at your home. Repairs start at $40 and are done at our workshop after a drop-off appointment or an eligible pickup. If the fault turns out to be software, we can often fix it remotely with no travel. We'll tell you which is quicker before you book.
Does pickup cost extra?
Yes. The repair rate starts at $40 with a free diagnosis, and no fix, no fee on drop-off repairs. Pickup and travel are charged separately: the amount depends on your location, distance and travel time, and we tell you before you book. Dropping the device off yourself avoids it.
Can one appointment cover several devices?
Yes, and it usually should. Tell us everything that's bothering you when you book, and bring the laptop plus anything else that needs a look. We quote each job before starting and you approve what goes ahead.
Can you help set up a new computer or transfer data from an old one?
Yes. We set up new computers and move your files over from the old one, and we can move phone and tablet data too.
How much does home tech support cost?
A remote support session starts at $25. Repair and setup prices depend on the job. The full list is on our pricing page, or message us for a quote.
Do you offer computer help for seniors?
Yes. We go at your pace. We make devices easier to use with larger text and simpler setups, help protect against scams, and offer remote sessions or workshop appointments so you always have the same person to call.
Can you clean up or transfer data from a family member's old devices?
Yes. We securely wipe personal data, move photos and files to family members, and help you donate or recycle the devices, whether you're settling an estate or downsizing.
Do you set up smart home devices like Alexa, Google Home, or smart locks?
We set up smart speakers and hubs, connect devices that are already installed to your Wi-Fi and apps, and set up wireless cameras. We don't do physical installation that needs drilling or wiring, such as thermostats, wired doorbells or smart locks.
Can you help if my email or bank account was hacked?
Yes. We reset your passwords, turn on two-factor login, check what else was accessed, and lock your accounts back down.
Do you help with personal websites, email setup, or learning to use AI tools?
Yes. We set up personal websites and portfolios, set up or move email accounts (including email on your own domain), and show you how to use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.
