Our only workshop is at 39 Pintail Crescent in Fenside-Parkwoods, North York. Everyone else can book a drop-off, ask about pickup (charged by location and confirmed before you book), or use remote support.

Which GTA cities do you serve?
All of them: the City of Toronto plus York Region (Markham, Richmond Hill, Vaughan, Thornhill, Aurora, Newmarket, Stouffville, King, East Gwillimbury, Georgina), Durham Region (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa, plus Clarington, Uxbridge, Scugog and Brock), Peel Region (Mississauga, Brampton, Caledon) and Halton Region (Oakville, Burlington, Milton, Halton Hills).
Is the diagnosis free if I come from outside Toronto?
Yes. Wherever you're coming from, book a drop-off by text or WhatsApp and bring the device to our North York workshop. The diagnosis is free, you approve the quote before any chargeable work, and on drop-off repairs it's no fix, no fee.
How much is pickup from a GTA city?
Pickup is never free. The charge depends on your address, the distance and the estimated travel time, and we confirm it before you book. Cities close to North York, like Markham, Thornhill and Pickering, are in lower bands; Oshawa, Oakville, Burlington and Caledon are in the highest.
Do you provide IT support for businesses across the GTA?
Yes, remotely. We support offices, clinics, shops and home businesses anywhere in the GTA with user accounts, Microsoft 365 and email, backups, security, printers and new staff setup. Devices that need hardware repair come to the workshop by drop-off or pickup. We don't do on-site visits or cabling.
What can be fixed remotely?
Most software problems: slowdowns, viruses, Windows and macOS errors, email and Outlook, printer drivers, backups and new computer setup. Physical faults such as cracked screens, dead laptops, failed drives and liquid damage need a drop-off or pickup.
Do you have shops in these cities?
No. We have one workshop, in North York, and it's by appointment only (no walk-ins). Every GTA city is served from there by drop-off, pickup or remote support.
