Our only workshop is at 39 Pintail Crescent in Fenside-Parkwoods, North York. Everyone else can book a drop-off, ask about pickup (charged by location and confirmed before you book), or use remote support.

If you can't bring it in, ask about an eligible pickup anywhere in the GTA. The charge depends on distance and travel time and is confirmed before you book.

How much does computer repair cost in Toronto?
Windows PC and Mac repairs start at $40, remote support sessions at $25, and data recovery at $50. The diagnosis is free and you approve the quote before any work starts. If we can't fix it on a drop-off repair, you don't pay for the repair. Pickup and travel are extra and depend on your location.
Can I just walk in, or wait while you repair it?
No. All repairs and drop-offs are by appointment, and we don't do walk-ins or while-you-wait repairs. We troubleshoot properly at the workshop, then contact you with our findings and a quote. Message us on WhatsApp between 7 AM and 11 PM, seven days a week, and we'll book a time; timelines depend on the fault and on parts.
Are you open now?
We operate seven days a week from 7 AM to 11 PM, including weekends and holidays. Message us on WhatsApp at any point in that window and you'll normally get a reply within minutes. Outside those hours, send a message anyway and we'll pick it up first thing.
Where is your Toronto computer repair shop?
Our workshop is at 39 Pintail Crescent, North York, Toronto, ON M3A 2Y6, in the Fenside-Parkwoods neighbourhood. It's a by-appointment workshop, so message us first and we'll set a time. We serve the whole Greater Toronto Area; pickup is available for a location-based charge, confirmed before you book.
Do I have to bring the computer in, and is pickup free?
Software problems, slowdowns, virus removal, and setup can often be resolved remotely with no travel at all. For hardware work you drop the device off at our workshop by appointment, or we can arrange an eligible pickup. Pickup is not free: the charge depends on your location, distance and estimated travel time, and we tell you the amount before you book.
Which brands and systems do you work on?
All of them. Dell, HP, Lenovo, ASUS, Acer, MSI, Alienware, Microsoft Surface, Apple MacBook and iMac, and custom-built desktops. We support Windows, macOS, and Linux, including dual-boot setups and older hardware other shops decline.
Can you get a quote to me before I commit?
Yes. Send a WhatsApp message describing the problem, or a photo of the error, and we'll give you a price range straight away. The formal quote follows the free diagnosis, and nothing proceeds until you approve it.
Do you handle business computers as well as home ones?
Yes. Alongside household repairs we support Toronto offices, clinics, and small businesses with workstation repair, networking, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace, backups, and security. Businesses needing ongoing coverage usually start with our business IT support service.
