Remote fix from $25 · Workshop repair from $40 · Free diagnosis
Drivers are the small programs that let Windows talk to your hardware. When one is missing, broken or the wrong version, the device stops working or misbehaves: no sound, a Wi-Fi adapter that vanishes, a stuck screen resolution, a printer that will not connect.
The common fix online is to install a driver-updater program, and those often make things worse. We identify the exact hardware, get the right driver from the maker, and remove the bad one cleanly. Many cases are fixed remotely.
Driver Problems We Fix
Graphics driver crashes
Black screens, flicker, low resolution, or games crashing after a Windows or driver update.
Wi-Fi or Bluetooth missing
The adapter disappeared after an update, or Wi-Fi drops constantly. Often a driver or power setting.
No sound or microphone
Speakers, headset or mic stopped working. We check the audio driver before blaming the hardware.
Yellow warning in Device Manager
Unknown devices and error codes that Windows cannot fix by itself.
Printer and USB devices not working
Printers, scanners and USB gear that will not install or keep disconnecting.
Blue screens caused by drivers
Many stop codes are driver faults. We trace them and remove the one causing it.

Driver Problems FAQs
How do I know a driver is the problem?
A device that worked before and stopped after an update, a yellow warning in Device Manager, or a blue screen naming a driver all point to it. We confirm before changing anything.
Should I use a driver updater program?
We advise against it. They install wrong or unneeded drivers and can cause new problems. Get drivers from the computer or part maker, or let us do it.
Can you fix drivers remotely?
Yes, if the computer starts and is online. If it does not, bring it in by appointment for a free diagnosis.
Will I lose my files?
No. Driver fixes do not touch your files. If a reinstall is needed, we back up first.
