What Happens After You Message Us
It costs nothing to find out what's wrong.
Step 1: You describe the problem
In your own words, on WhatsApp or through the form. 'It's slow' or 'it won't turn on' is enough to start.
Step 2: We reply, usually within minutes
We ask a couple of questions, tell you what we think is going on, and book a remote session or a workshop drop-off. If you'd rather not travel, we tell you what a pickup to your address would cost before you book it.
Step 3: You get a fixed price before we start
After we troubleshoot at the workshop, we contact you with our findings, the repair and the total cost. We don't start chargeable work until you approve the quote, and on drop-off repairs, if we can't fix it, you don't pay for the repair.
Step 4: You get your device back working
We tell you the outcome and any next steps, and you collect it or we arrange an agreed return, with any charge told to you in advance.
